In this course, you'll learn how to :
• The basics of drawing to create your own characters in manga style and European comic style.
• How to start a drawing by understanding the importance of construction sketches.
• Learn and understand the basics of creating faces, as well as various expressions.
• Anatomy and Proportion.
• How to create people in different worlds either existing or from your imagination, incorporate them in short comics or illustrations through the character sheets.
• Finalizing illustrations using simple markers and then with a pen or Indian ink.
• Coloring with alcohol markers, and also with watercolor and colored pencils for a mixed media technique.
• Study and understand how to place shadows.
• Learn digital coloring if you have an iPad or tablet made for it.
